arteBA 2010- Feria Internacional de arte

Se inauguró la 19 edición de Arte BA la Feria de Galerías de Buenos Aires. Con 78 galerías de la Argentina y del exterior, y una veintena de espacios en el Barrio Joven, en esta edición la feria puso el foco en el Bicentenario. Hay galerías de Chile, Colombia, México y Venezuela, Uruguay, España, Brasil, Estados Unidos y Holanda. Y, por supuesto, las más importantes de nuestro país.

ArteBA, Buenos Aires’ gigantic annual art fair starts today. Having been delayed a month from the usual running date at the end of May due to this year’s bicentennial celebration, the bulk of BA’s galleries, along with a slew of international entries from Latin America, Europe, and the US, are warming up for the big opening of the five-day fair.

´ACE NITE- 23.06.2010

Gracias a todos los presentes en el 2do ' ace nite del año. Una gran cantidad de personas nos acompañó en la inauguración de la muestra "Me vi en la calle..." del artista en residencia Alexander Squier, quien creó una instalación en la Sala Políglota. Paralelamente, se inauguró BIDIMENSIONARIO, la convocatoria abierta que Proyecto'ace hizo a través de su red social Fusionarte.13 artistas fueron seleccionados con obras sobre papel que incluyeron dibujo, grabado, gráfica digital, acuarelas e instalaciones. 

Thank you for all of you that attended the 2nd 'ace nite 2010. Many people joined us in "Me vi en la calle" opening,  an installation created by artist-in-residence Alexander Squier at the Sala Poliglota. At the same time, BIDIMENSIONARIO exhibition was oponed. This was an open call made by Proyecto' ace throught its social network Fusionarte. 13 artist were selected to exhibit works on paper which included drawing, watercolor, printmaking, digital images and installations.

We were mounting the Alexander's exhibition at the same time that the World Cup soccer game between Argentina-Greece.  To win the game made the work better!
